Do you grill yours or fry them in oil? Seems you could go either way as they would be even better with a great sauce. Got some freebie bottles from a local wing place here in the Denver area, so I will use it tomorrow, damn good stuff. I'm not really a big wing person, but what the heck, the sauce is good and some good NFL games to watch while eating.

I figure to grill them crisp and then dip 'em in the sauce. I'm not much for bathing them in it.

I've grilled mine the last couple times at home and love it. Love that crispiness from the grill

I love the crispness for sure. I put them in ziplock and pour Sparky's over it and shake them up, then slap on more right before pulling off BGE. Awesome all my Tex buddies want wings with Sparky's whenever we watch FB or just hang in pool

Smoking them is the correct answer. You don't even need sauce if you do it right.

Sorry Sparky, I haven't ordered yours in awhile, but when we have it, we use it on a lot of stuff like pizza, burgers, chicken, fries. I got some free stuff from a local place, pretty darn good, but not quite as good as yours.

I use it as a ketchup alternative. I always get asked what it is.

Me too!

Both.
Lightly dredge them in seasoned flour. firmly tap them against a plate or glass bowl to knock ALL excess flour off. Drop them in the fryer filled with peanut oil. Fry 8-10 minutes. Toss in sauce, then place them on a pre-heated grill set to medium-medium high for a minute or two per side. Then toss in sauce again and serve.
