PSU always gets the preseason benefit of high initial ranking. As the season go on they play Franklin-ball and lapse into relative mediocrity.

I was hoping for both Texas and Colorado losing today but will just have to settle for us blowing out the Buffs tonight. I guess last year wasn't a fluke for Texas. I don't want their fans to think they are back now.

Michigan and Penn State look like hot garbage today. As for Michigan I expected them to lose but not like this. PSU looking like they miss Manny Diaz at DC

What national title team other than Michigan would pass on getting a real qb in the portal and just accept being mediocre. Embarrassing.

I don't know but why find out? It would be very tempting for anyone to "go home" especially when we are talking about his alma mater that is for some reason considered a top job in the country.
