Watched the whole thing today and it was awesome! Eric Lee is was super clutch two days in a row. Preston Stout and Ethan Fang were our leaders all season and postseason. Freshman Filip Fahlberg-Johnsson was undefeated in match play this week as our lead-off guy. And Gaven Lane saved his best performance for the final match and it was a beauty against a great opponent. I don't have a membership and thus can't access the golf forum, but am stoked about our young golf team. Also found out we are bringing a top recruit next year, Henry Guan. Awesome to see Cowboy Golf back on top!
Thanks Alex and here's that SS: I gleaned most of this info from WrestlingStats except for the pts each wrestler received if they didn't AA and I'll admit that was probably a lot of guesswork so I'm sure that portion probably has a lot of mistakes. It's been fun keeping adding to it.

Bad staff infection along with pneumonia, in critical condition.
Staph infections are no joke. I knew a guy who boarded a flight from Dallas to Seattle, and he woke up in the hospital three days later missing one of his legs. They needed to do it to save his life. Apparently, he had fallen to one knee on a jobsite the day before, and the tiniest scratch got a staph infection. So from boarding a plane to coma in less than 3 hours. It can move fast once it gets in the bloodstream.
Jordan Burroughs on FRL now and had some high praise for Oklahoma State and Stillwater. Sounded like he was inspired to the point that he's open to coaching one day, whether that's college or RTC or even starting his own independent RTC. Said he's not done competing though

I feel better about Swiderski's chances of winning a natty than I did anyone's at this time last year.

I really hate UWW and USA Wrestling. These feeds could be so much better. The fact we’ve got semifinal matches with no announcer is crazy…and its so hard to figure out who is wrestling, when…

I will pile on. It is very challenging to follow their tournaments. Things are not well integrated. Finding the stream, the brackets, the timing… it’s a poor experience.

Yeah they have two semis mats and only one of the mats has an announcer for some reason. For following the matches, Flo's notifications have been working well for me
UWW has been corrupt for years. USA Wrestling has been a sh/t show. While both organizations are making progress they both still have to much of a "we'll do whatever the hell we like because what are you going to do about it" mindset.
Part of me feels like USA Wrestling is more focused on $$$ than growing the sport. Last year they made $24.3 million with expenses around $20.4 million. WIth that much left over youd think they could do more to promote the sport.

Watching international wrestling makes me thankful for Flo. At least I can pull up replays easily. But watching in real time is a nightmare unless you're fine with watching EVERYTHING or relying on forums to keep you updated on what's coming.
Lots of profit left on the table by not having easily accessible information for all partner websites to share front and center on their home pages. Currently this information is buried in articles and menus, or sometimes just not available. You should be able to go to UWW or USAW or Flo and get linked to everything you need from their home page within a few clicks - schedule, mat streams, brackets, results, upcoming matches. This would be a 10 minute job for a half-asleep web administrator and would make UWW and USAW's lives easier, too.
Hate to grump about it. But every time I watch international I'm annoyed at how unnecessarily challenging it is. Some basic web editing and a couple of emails between the participating orgs could improve the fan/coach/athlete/parent experience significantly.
And they spend all the money on less than 1% of it's membership. 372,000 members and they spend the money on staff and 90 athletes who are on the ladder 3 each style. It's actually .05%. Thats figuring 60 staff which is high. It's a good ole boy network. The rules don't apply to everyone the same .
