Excited to head to Hawkeyes country next weekend. Freestyle is my favorite style. Hoping a Cowboy will make the team for Rio. I think Coleman has a very good shot, Oliver has the ability if he is in top shape I think he will beat Metcalf, Perry is really good so Alex but Burroughs will be near impossible to dethrone, Clayton could be a dark horse . Our other qualifiers are long shots. Only six weights makes it extremely tough to make the team. Will enjoy the great competition and cheer for the Pokes.

Based on the TV coverage times versus the time of the finals, the tv coverage will be tape delayed. So if you don't want to know who won until you watch, stay away from computers and the internet.

That seems to be the situation

Hopefully streaming coverage is available and as well organized as ESPN does with the ncaa's.

Brackets will not be out until Friday. Intermat has the qualifiers ranked but that is not official. I believe NBC sports will only air the finals.

Jimmy Kennedy is the pick of many in this field and presents a very tough matchup for Heil. I would be surprised to see Heil win this match and think Kennedy with his experience in Freestyle will pitch a shut out tech fall. Heil's scrambling ability might actually be a disadvantage to him in freestyle.

Molinaro upsets Metcalfe 3-3 criteria win with the only 2 point move. Metcalf put molinaro on the shot clock twice and the 2 point move was exposure on a counter to a metcalfe shot.

Wow! Pico kept coming back and defeated JO 11-9.
Jordan did not have the stamina that Pico had. It was 9-9 with Criteria to Oliver when Pico hit a late takedown against a clearly exhausted Oliver to win it.
