What about Cassius Clay, Ron Artest, Lloyd Bernard Free, and one more - Bobby Moore?
Did you hate their name changes? I'm sure there were others that I am forgetting.

And Lattin is learning and came up big today. That guy was fired up!

I didn't like Cassius Clay's name change either, and it had NOTHING to do with their religious beliefs. I thought World B Free was silly. Don't recall Artest change. Don't know Bobby Moore. Hard for me to even articulate why I didn't like Alcindor's or Cassisus Clay's name change, but I truly didn't like it.

I hope people read this, even the self professed 'in the know' people.

Although I do disagree about Lattin, he's shown flashes that have surprised. Whether he can be consistent or not, I have no clue.
