I am really starting to wonder how many people turned down OU before they settled on BV.
I think he and the rest of his staff are in way over their heads.

I will go on record and say I wanted Arnold at QB, but so far it looks like I am wrong about him.
I was on the wagon also. I'm still trying to figure out who's responsible. Is it the O line, or is it Arnold, or is it terrible playcalling by Littrell? Maybe it's all on BV

We have CO-OC's right, maybe let Finley call the plays and put Littrell on the sideline. Seth is a fullback and he is the QB coach dont think he knows what he is doing.

Well after tonight I am not sure I want to make the 5 hr trip down I40 to attend the Tulane game even if tickets become available from VetTix.

Somehow I don’t think my 5 hr trip back will be a happy one. If they play like this vs Tulane, its going to be a loss. The OC needs his *** chewed, the entire offense needs a butt kicking. Thank you defense for getting this win

Every remaining team on the schedule smells blood in the water with this patchwork portal O Line. Outside of Maine and they probably are licking their chops too, where is another win on the schedule? I don't see one unless this offense can find something that works.

OU’s offensive line is horrible and it’s not protecting Arnold or opening holes for three good running backs.
Arnold may not be the next great OU quarterback, but with this offensive line, he will never really prove himself.
Littrell’s play calling has to change.

The offensive play was terrible, especially the line. Arnold looked frustrated and lost at times. Better playing calling may have helped some but I’m not convinced it would have improved the line play. Basically what I saw was the down linemen being dominated, so how would better play calling have corrected that issue? As many of you probably were, I was very surprised when Brent announced his offensive coordinator(s). I immediately thought ā€œwhat the hellā€. But the old saying ā€œit’s not the X’s and O’s, it’s the Jimmy’s and Joe’sā€ still rings true.

I’ve changed my mind, we no longer have to wait until the Tennessee game to know what kind of team we have. Arnold is most likely in for a very long season. As we all are.

Remember this: last year lowly Iowa won their division with zero offense and good defense only.
They lost to Iowa State yesterday and the Domers lost to NIU so I am still a little optimistic

We will be lucky to get to .500 this year. Arnold is not what we were lead to believe and the WR group is terrible.

I hate to be that guy but I’m going to be that guy lol. Our players seem to sit out over anything and everything. Who makes those decisions? Is it the players? The doctors? The coach? I mean I realize at times the injuries are legit but good grief.
