Good game by OU.
And wow, Williams looks like an improved version of Jalen Hurts. Better arm and a little better wheels. Unstoppable. Dominates a game kind of the way Murray did. We need to see maybe one or two more games like that from him, but I'm already getting the feeling that he'll be playing on Sundays like Mayfield/Murray/Hurts.
We have been so lucky with our QBs, but Riley deserves a little credit too for recruiting/developing them.
On defense, TCU got a little lucky on a couple of plays, but I'm afraid our secondary is still not very good. Front seven is okay (but not as good as everyone thought pre-season), and we're recruiting better along the d-line, but now we need some 5 star CBs and safeties.
I think we're going to get into the playoff again. All that stands between that and us are Mike Gundy's cowboys. We'll have to play them back to back (yuck, wish we could play TX again), but they'll find a way to poke choke away both games.
