' Our ' Bowl game @ 10:15 tonight....

The Cactus Bowl tonight from Tuscon featuring Washington and ' OUR replacement ' Oklahoma State. Matt Jones said on WKYT television the Monday following the UofL loss, that had we won we would have been invited to play in the CB out in Arizona against UW.
I don't know if we would have had very many fans make that journey, but would more than likely had a pretty decent following out west.
Oh well, so close and yet so far !!

When was the last time we

a) played another power conference (non sec) team west of the Mississippi.

b) played west of the rockies.

This bowl would have been really cool. And I wish like he'll our schedule had more variety than sec footprint and Mac schools from Ohio. We could actually schedule bowl games.
