Oweh has been our "best" player but his effort on rebounding and defense has to improve on a consistancy basis. Twice today in critical situations he is literally watching the other team get the rebound. Once it lead to a put back the other time Vandy got the ball but went out of bounds with it. If this team is to have a nice run in March, the best player can't do those things.

I agree, he was a dude today, but those rebounding and effort plays along with turnovers have to improve.
Yep, he played great 1 on 1 offense second half but ball-watched late on a crucial rebound.

Robinson was way off of his game today for sure. Normally like watching him play, but he was not good today.
He did have 12 rebounds today. Best on team by far.
IMO Oweh was not the issue today- Butler 6 turnovers, Garrison 4 turnovers, Williams plays like he is super small- team just seemed lazy today
Without AAs 4 3s we were 5 of 18 from deep and Jrob had 3 of those.

Can’t take 3’s when tge other team is quicker, more focused and crowding the three point line. What were missing is a penetrating point guard who draws the defense to kick to an open three-shooter. Oweh is the closest we have to that, but he’s not looking to pass.
I’ve said this in multiple threads but Williams’ actual impact on games rarely matches his stats. He’s the stat equivalent of empty calories. Guy has the hands of a 4 year old girl.
Butler can penetrate but he ain't looking to pass either unfortunately (2 assist)
