I need her death to be 100% clear. I believe in Justice. How do you know for sure the final gun blast wasn't fired at Wendy? He pretty much was fed up with her.
I believe the PI went down but it left a little to our imaginations which I really like.
Just remember, in the words of Costanza, it's not a lie......if you believe it. Go ahead, allow Wendy to get what she deserves.....in your mind.I need her death to be 100% clear. I believe in Justice.
I loved Bloodline. The ending must have been terrible because I can't even remember what happened.I thought it ended fine. It could’ve been worse. It was a long way from Game of Thrones or Bloodline bad.

Thank you for your advice and kind words. But it’s about respect. She needs to die in my mind and in the show.Just remember, in the words of Costanza, it's not a lie......if you believe it. Go ahead, allow Wendy to get what she deserves.....in your mind.
I must say, that face, or smirk, is pure wickedness. I can only imagine the evil she will practice in the future. But Marty still loves her which is all you need to know about him.Thank you for your advice and kind words. But it’s about respect. She needs to die in my mind and in the show.
I disagree, many shows have a great narrative that ends very well. Look at breaking bad. Had a perfect setup and ending, didn’t go past what the creator wanted even due to how popular it was. I expect Better Call Saul will end in a signal fashion. Well written, concise, and to the point.I felt despite having some longer episodes in the last 7 episodes, including the finale, the ending was rushed and incomplete. I suppose no show can ever have a complete bubble wrapped/wrapped up tight/perfect ending, but this one felt more like a setup for the final season 5.
I feel like there was so much more they could have done with the Cartel as the sister was pretty scary, as well as the Byrd family covering up that last murder at the end. I know shows and stories cannot go on forever, but there feels like there is more to work with to have a better ending. It would have been nice to see the fallout from the one character's death as well and how it impacted the dynamics of everyone going forward.
Also, the car crash...was very anti-climatic in reality and as with most things on these shows, probably very unrealistic of what the actual outcome would have been with a crash of that many rollovers at that speed. I also though that once Darlene moved on, and the other interesting villain disappeared, we lost a lot of the fear factor for our main protagonists, other than Navarro's sister. I digress, I enjoyed this show a lot, but I thought overall season 4B fell short of what we expected.

If there was a show that was the exact opposite of concise and to the point, it would be Better Call Saul.
Exactly.....she was the most disgusting character in a show of disgusting characters....nothing redeemable about her....they let her live ruined it for me...wasted my timeEnding sucked. Could’ve ended the same except had Wendy die and I would’ve been happy. Now I’ve just got a shi**y ending and a breathing Wendy.
No....I wanted Wendy tortured and gutted cartel style. How do you know for sure the final gun blast wasn't fired at Wendy? He pretty much was fed up with her.

Yeah thats why i thought the ending was fitting.I must say, that face, or smirk, is pure wickedness. I can only imagine the evil she will practice in the future. But Marty still loves her which is all you need to know about him.
Ok? Wendy still could have died in that scenarioAt first I was disappointed. Then I read what the showrunner wrote (and who was shot at the end).
The Byrdes were never going to get out of anything. No matter what they do, there is always someone else to complicate things. Either they end like they did or everyone died (which wouldn't have been a bad ending).

It actually ruined it for me. I guess Linney had a lot of pull on the show or something.Loved the series but didn't care for the end. Like others, I was hoping Wendy got what she deserved, and I was hoping Ruth would be able to enjoy her money.
All in all, a very good series but the ending did kinda suck.
Wendy dying would have been great....awesome actually
Nope. She never considered anyone else ever. Had her own brother killed. Tried to have her son busted. Backstabbed her husband and family at every turn. Despicable person in every way. Marty should have let them throw her out the window in the 1st episode. Nasty person all the way around.I hated Wendy so I agree. However on more thought her eventually realizing she was actually the cause of all their problems might've been more satisfying.
For several episodes she thought she was really the catalyst, just to find out actually everything she touched turned to ****. That dose of reality for someone like her was probably almost as brutal
Well said. She would go on to do terrible things and how Marty can love her I don’t understand. Maybe he doesn’t, but he’s too scared to cross her or even just leave her. I probably would be. She’d stop at nothing.I must say, that face, or smirk, is pure wickedness. I can only imagine the evil she will practice in the future. Marty is such a whipped guy. No ability to defend his own against her. Charlotte and Jonah becoming them is why the mom needs ended. She's a cancer to all of them.Well said. Fade to black. Jonah points the gun at Wendy and calmly pulls the trigger. Before all of Wendy's head pieces could hit the ground, Jonah said "It was for the best, Mom". Everyone busts out laughing and a group hug ensues. The End.Marty is such a whipped guy. No ability to defend his own against her. Charlotte and Jonah becoming them is why the mom needs ended. LL is either very unlikable or she just does a great job playing unlikable characters. Couldn’t stand her is Ozark and The Truman show, but didn’t mind her in the John Adams series or Mystic River.I really liked the show. I thought the first season didn't depict how ruthless the Mexican cartels actually are. The ending was a little disappointing. I thought Ruth's character was awesome. As far as Wendy's character goes, I've never been a fan of Laura Linney no matter what role she plays.
Yeah, I think the cartel would have got rid of the snells pretty quick. Especially after the killed Del.I really liked the show. I liked Navarro hahaThere wasn't one likable character on the show, maybe save Rachel. I couldn't wait to be done with the last season so I'd never have to watch it again. What a waste of time!
