How does this SHG team compare to last couple years? Previous title teams?

All.... Dangerous questions that can get me into trouble. Of course never one to keep my yap shut I will give it a try.... worth as they say 2 cents maybe less.... This years team a bit better than the 13 squad not quite as proficient (but every week I see improvements) as the 2014 team. What that means as to how far the Cyclones can go is hard to determine. Ratsy

I know you addressed Ratsy, but I take care of him on game day. I'll let him respond, but my only observation on the team is that I honestly don't know. Personally speaking (and somewhat for the Rat), it was hard to get a real handle on the team this year. They gave up a fairly good amount of points to two of the other pointmakers in the CS-8, Rochester and Eisenhower, but honestly, the league had a number of weak sisters this year, so not really sure about them on either side of the ball. Given the bracket they are in this year, I think they may have been a very strong 5A team, but I honestly do not see them being in DeKalb. I'm sure the Rat will give you his take on the team if you'll spare him a slice of cheese.

6A semi's are set with Montini v PR and LWN v SHG. After that just not sure.

I'll nominate this post for Crossboning of the week. SHG will be in the finals LWN's emotional drive for the finals be damned. And i would say favored by double digits in Dekalb.

PUHLEEEEZZZ! Have you seen them play against anyone good even approaching what they will see in their bracket? And the bracket, I believe, is as far as they will go. Which game will they be ousted and by whom? I will not try to be that presumptuous since I am getting enough grief about them not getting to DeKalb. You are just kidding about both 2x digits and DeKalb, right? If not, I have a temporal thermometer and we can check on you right away before what ever you have gets worse!

Not kidding, seen them play they are as well coached and balance team as you will find. Weak conference aside they might not win by 40 every game but they know how to win. I'm not rooting for them to win, quite the opposite, but I believe they will.
