Time will tell. But I don't see it happening anytime soon. I remember being told we would've flying cars by 2000 and be traveling like the Jetsons. If AI and robots take construction jobs it's a long ways away

Of even greater concern for some on here, I'm told robots will soon be replacing Viagra.

you don't know what you don't know. i don't have to prove anything. but i love that y'all dug up a year-old thread so i'm reminded how ugly you can be.
Dug up?? Your incorrect statement was sitting right there front and center in an active thread. Calling you out on something you stated was a "fact" that was not remotely a "fact", is being ugly? It's called being truthful... and correct... and accurate. I'd think in your business those would be considered positive traits. It is in mine. But for you apparently not.

People need to mentally separate out Palacio the internet personality from the Palacio that runs camp personality. Palacio the internet personality is a bit of a troll and opinionated to a fault...without recognizing the validity of any other opinion. Personally, I can take or leave that one. He doesn't bother me, but I don't exactly enjoy his schtick either.

Palacio that runs camps is trying to do the right thing. Just about every dime that he brings in on these camps basically covers the travel for the guys working and the space for the next camp. He's trying to bring quality wrestling opportunities to guys that wouldn't normally have access to them. He engages with high end college guys to get them to work camps because it brings a high-end feel to the camps...which benefits the campers. Over the last 15-20 years, wrestling has gotten surprisingly expensive. I won't derail this thread with that conversation but there's zero question that it is changing the accessibility of the sport. These camps are helping to bridge that gap and I absolutely support it.

Some high-end wrestlers are willing to forgo the fees that they would normally charge to participate. I was told that Spencer and Gabe did the camp with him for free. Some guys just won't do that. Personally, I wouldn't try to publicly shame them...everyone makes their own decisions based on what they feel is best. That said, if those same guys are treating the podium like a church lectern, it's hard to feel bad for them for pointing out the hypocrisy.

I might not agree with him as well but he is doing good work with these camps. Actions always speak louder and matter more.
