Thank you! Very much appreciated!

Edit: Dave Scheurich- Retired from Woodford, right? Is he back at it? I haven't met him, but isn't he the guy who re-invented Woodford along with Lincoln Henderson (I think Lincoln came up with the idea of the premium whiskey and Dave sort of made it happen, right?) That's pretty solid company, if so. Kind of a legend.
Btw- because of you I grabbed the Heaven Hill BIB and man was I shocked.

You are correct sir. I loved Lincoln and had a front row seat in the mid 90s as he and Dave help create a bourbon renaissance. Dave does work for me as a consultant and is the Master Distiller of Boondocks. He also won the Whiskey Advocate Lifetime Achievement award. Just one helluva guy.
You know, I think I had read that about Boondocks, but it must have gone in one ear and out the other. Very cool!

Blantons is hard to find,so is 12 yr wellers, Eagle Rare is good too
I tend to buy a bottle of blantons whenever I see it just because i know when I want it, it won't be around- especially if there is a private store pick of it. Weller 12 has to be hunted in Louisville, so I rarely go after it (I prefer rye over wheat as the secondary grain anyway). I buy Eagle Rare single barrel store picks any time I see them, too, but I pass on the standard offering unless I really want a bottle of ER.

I have a slight problem with buying A LOT of bourbon.

Kroger in Valley Station had a case of Blanton's for $48 per last time I was in there.

I see it all the time, actually -- must be lucky.

I really enjoy Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel (again, if you can find it).

I have a bottle of Weller 12-year and I'm afraid to drink the damn thing because it's so hard to find. Same with Elmer T. Lee.

Agree with 80 on Basil Hayden.
No disrespect Unfrozen but if you are not going to drink it, why buy it? I will take your Weller 12 off your hands if you want to sell. then you wont worry. lol
