He's certainly underrated, but the efficiency rating probably favors a player like Pardon.
Yea. I think the most impressive names on that stat list are, in order...
1. Zion- accomplished on high volume against high-level competition while getting lots of D attention
2. De'Andre Hunter- he is even the focal point of UVa's offense, and is not getting much benefit of (a) easy looks inside, or (b) significant bump from 3s, which help eFG
3t. Hauser and Reeves- flattered by about half their shots being 3pt, but still very efficient on 2pt as well, demonstrates good shot selection
4. Grant Williams
I've been impressed by Pardon developing his touch inside though - in earlier years he was an efficient scorer but mostly layups, lots of putbacks. By this year he's really developed a nice soft hook shot and a couple other moves that he puts on the rim softly with spin. He's developed enough to keep scoring efficiently despite more defensive attention. The dunks still help efficiency though!
