If that don't scream guilty nothing does . Wonder if it will stand in court ? Has it ever been done before? Wonder if Trump wanted this so he don't have to deal with the division it would cause?
Bet it makes the vaccine pushers Wonder....

They are not in the clear yet. Especially Fauci. How many people died in your State alone. Investigation can still happen and State AG's could take the information and run with it.

The irony is that there are clips of Biden n Harris (at the beginning of their own Admin) being interviewed and discussing how bad it would be if Trump pardoned HIS own Family before leaving office the first time, and here he goes and does that exact thing.

With a pardon abiding in my briefcase I could see possibly becoming a murderer for hire in my future ....

I'm not certain preemptive pardons are Constitutional. I've never really looked into this but it seems to me Biden is trying to grant immunity to them. That is different than a pardon, which typically requires a specific crime. A President has no authority to grant immunity.

Regardless, Trump should pursue criminal charges against 1, or all of them, to test whether a President has that authority. Trump will either be permitted to prosecute the bad actors, or he will grant everyone under the sun immunity as he leaves office in 4 years.
