Biden will pardon him. Only question is it before or after the election. I'd be shocked if he trusted anyone else to do it. But he does have Dementia and if they use the 25th Amendment any pardon issued may not be valid.

There's not going to be any military tribunals. Nobody is coming to save you. I highly suggest people convince as many people as they can to go vote for Trump and give him a Congress and Senate that will support him.

I'm not a lawyer but I don't think people can be pardoned for things they haven't yet been convicted.. The problem as I see it is will they take an old brain dead man to trial ....
