Hello card fans, My son is a newly minted walk on for the Cards this year and my family plans on attending our very first game Monday vs ND. We've been on campus and around the stadium several times but knowing how everything changes on game day would someone be willing to give out some directions to the best place to park and get to the game, will be coming from the south up 64, Thanks in advance and GO CARDS...

Congratulations to you and your son. I usually just park at the fairgrounds when I get down for a game. It’s a bit of a walk but easy to get out of at the end. If you are out of towners there are a couple of hotels walking distance to Cardinal Stadium as well.

Thank You both I’m planning on coming up fairly early, been wanting to eat at the Hall of Fame cafe next to the Hilton hopefully that’s feasible on game day. Just needed some ideas where to look before all the traffic shows up later in the day.

Well dad if you are staying at that Hilton & going to Hall of Fame to eat. Maybe you just leave your car at Hilton. Save $20 and walk down Central Ave to different lots for any activities, Card March, vendors, and meet and greet us fine Cardinals fans.

Agree.

If your going to HOFC just park over there.

You’ll pass hundreds of tailgates on your walk.

I’m not sure we’re gonna be able to spend the night as much as I’d like to. I appreciate all the info and definitely look forward to meeting all you great Card fans, everything about Louisville has been nothing short of amazing for the family so far, GO CARDS!!
