The pass game would be working fine if Nebraska had an above-average QB, not even elite, just smart enough to understand his progressions and all that jazz. They aren't pass happy. Even run option plays. Going into today they were in the top 10 for rushing yards and 3rd most yards per play on offense. We will see what the stats look like tomorrow, but they aren't pass happy.

The OL drives the OC's schemes, not QB like Frost does.

I was against hiring frost due to hc inexperience, but when the decision was made I did my best to support.
but below 5 wins in year 4 is the cut off point for me, and that's being very charitable.

Exactly this. AM doesn't need to be a superstar, winning the games by himself. On the contrary. All he needs to do is distribute the ball to his playmakers, and let them do their thing. Far too often, he scrambles around the pocket, throws off his back foot, trying to make highlight-reel type plays, usually with negative results. Get the ball out to those guys and let them win.

Martinez has a very low football IQ, which is why he makes as many game-losing plays as game-winning.
