Liked the way we spread it around last week ! Does this offense includes some dump offs an rb screens ? We have some talent in the back field

Boom is not a good target, for whatever reason. His blocking is bad too. I'd like for them to use Horton as a third down back. It's counter-intuitive, but Boom, although smaller, is a much better pure running threat and Horton has shown flashes as a receiver and has the size for pass protection. Snell could be useful but most frosh struggle in the pass game.

On that long psss to Badet Boom threw the critical block for Johnson. Looks like he has improved. Love to see some screens or swing routes if our backs can catch it. Your right about Horton

We can do more with Johnson at QB.
He will invite the rush and dump to RBs several times in the game, although with the shovel pass.

Horton has butterfingers. The point of an offense is to keep the ball until you score. Horton doesn't tend to do this well.

Horton was thrown to 10 times last year (targets). He caught every single pass. He has fumbling issues but he may just be a better receiver than runner.
