Just flipped in the Finebaum show in wait til the next SEC game. A guy calls in from Midddletown, Ohio, and claims to be a "Duke" fan (go figure, probably never been to NC). This guy starts by saying he is not an SEC fan and proceeds to say as soon as Kentucky plays any ACC team they will be knocked out because we aren't "Battle Tested" like Louisville, UNC, Duke, Virgina, etc. Besides the fact we knocked out 2/4 of his "Battle Tested" teams, UL and UVA have very similiar SOS to us. People just really piss me off lol, you can't fix stupid.

Unlike the vaunted ACC where Duke and the other top teams could take game off against terrible teams UK got everyone's best shot absolutely every night. To say they are not battle tested is just ignorance.
I'm by no means saying the SEC is tough, at all. But to say we haven't been tested is ridiculous. Personally I hope we get Duke and/or Virginia just to shut people up.

People that live in Middletown, Ohio have a real identity crisis. My Mom lived there for 27 years and the people couldn't decide whether they were Ohio State, Dayton or Cincinnati fans. The one thing they had in common is that they all hated Kentucky, with the exception of those individuals that had ties to Kentucky. The guy that called in is probably trying to pull for someone that is capable of beating us.
I just don't understand why so many people want to jump on the Duke Bandwagon. Floppin *** teams with little swag. I can't wait until coach K leaves duke and everyone gets to see what its like for a program to sustain popularity and wins past their legend. Duke is a very small school with very little local fan support. It will be very hard for the next coach to do it.
