The good news is that our backcourt won’t be as good as last years team but our front court won’t either.

Pope “goes after” a lot of players, but he does it mostly to play mind games with the fans, because he never gets any actual star players he goes after, so it ends up being just that, a mind game.

From what I saw on sleepers media yesterday, it's between UK and uNC.
Pope needs to land this one, his catch and shoot percentage is very close to 50% and guarded 3's are at 38%.
Problem with him is, that's all he wants to do.

He's better than Chandler by a wide margin. The kid can shoot! Saw him play last year a couple times. Better than most imo.
Scuttlebutt is that he is likely to return to NC State but UNC remains hopeful.
Yeah, he is a guy I would love to see on the roster. We need shooters like him, badly.
He is projected late 1st round in the 2027 NBA draft. Would be a big get but I don't see it happening. We made an early push but flamed out.
Sadly that seems common with Pope's recruiting.
