He has looked horrible today. I only hope that Ramsey said there is no way in hell I am playing behind him. On the other hand if he lost the position from a competitive basis. Well then we are in trouble.

From media reports, Ramsey was told he’d back up Penix... who has thrown the ball 25 times and only has 99 yards. Wow.

Going to OT. IU almost pissed it away on one of the weirdest plays I have ever seen. IU ties it at 28 with 22 seconds left. On the ensuing kickoff, IU’s kicker inexplicably appears to attempt an onside kick. Speculation is that he was trying to squib it, but it barely went 10 yards. PSU then just barely misses a 57-yard FG at the end of regulation.
Wow. He played like Superman from their final drive on with probably the closest 2 point conversion in history deciding the game.
Crazy finish. Ped State literally blew that game 4 or 5 different times in the final few minutes. Nice win by Indy.

Crazy thing is, when Penn St scored a TD to go up 8, it probably gave IU the chance they needed to eventually get the win. If the PSU player just goes down after picking up the first down, PSU does not score for at least one more play (maybe more) and IU probably doesn’t have time to tie it in regulation.
