By chance?
I feel very confident in saying there are no Penn State bars in Lyon, France. Maybe you'll find a sports bar which carries Fox, but I doubt it. If they carry do carry Fox, maybe they'll be showing a sport nobody in France cares about, but I doubt it. Good luck though.

Someday I'm going to plan a trip to Mongolia so I can ask the board if there are any Penn State bars in Ulaanbaatar.

Have been in France the last week and found Phillies game 4 vs Atlanta on in the hotel. French announcers were going crazy. Pretty funny.

hey just asking…..there was kinda one n 2008 London for the rose bowl. Game will be on around 7 pm so…..
I hope you find the game on a television somewhere. But as for a "Penn State bar" which isn't just a sports bar with a television tuned to the game? I doubt any of those exist in Europe.

Unlikely. Go to Paris and you can probably watch it at The Moose in St. Germain. Lots of Canadian/US, British sports on any of the dozens of screens. Plus ‘US’ bar food….

La Botticella (full neme is La Botticella of Poggi Giovanni), in Rome, Italy, would disprove your claim. All the PSU games are on TVs there, as well as all the Steelers games.

I believe the London chapter of the PSAA has TV viewing parties. I'm not sure what the rest of the international chapters of the PSAA do.

Just remember your unit conversions.
Announcers are going to be saying "OK. Penn State Ball. First down and 9.1 meters to go"

Contacted my friend who grew up with me through high school in Pennsylvania and went to do a semester abroad (Gettysburg College) in France and never came back. He lives in the town of Aix-En-Provence which is not too far from Lyons. See what he comes up with ....

Productive responses I thank you.
Heard back from my friend in France. Said it will be difficult to find on TV over as obviously PSU is not a big deal in France. If it were soccer yes or even a NFL game. College football will be difficult to find. Maybe YouTube TV? Looked it up YouTube TV you can get in France but you need a reliable VPN. Good Luck and enjoy France. Aix-En-Provence is a beautiful college town if you get a chance to stop and walk the steps of Cezanne.

A college town in France? Holy hell.
