Penn State Bars in Toronto

My wife and I are going to be in Toronto for New Year's Eve. We are looking for a place to watch the Fiesta Bowl. We Googled "sports bars in Toronto" and found a few that look very good; however, the fact that it's New Year's Eve is complicating things. We have reached out to a couple of them so far and they are all closing early for private events. We are staying downtown near the CN Tower and would prefer something we can walk to but if that's not possible, I understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
