Cole Mirasola used a double leg takedown to break a 1-1 tie and beat teammate Lucas Cochran in one 285-pound semifinal. He's off to the finals.

I'm surprised to see these two meeting in the semis & not the finals. Tying up & hand fighting. Cochran looks a little bigger than Cole. Cole reaches for a leg, but Cochran blocks him off. Cochran reaches for a leg, but can't get there. Cole reaches for a leg, but same result. Tying up & pushing with hand fighting. Cochran shoots. Cole counters & gets a leg, but Cochran fights him off. Out of bounds & restart, 56-sec left. More tying up, hand fighting & pushing for a bit. More of the same to end the period. 0-0

Period 2:
Cole takes neutral. Circling, hand fighting & taps. Cole reaches for a leg, but no luck. Cochran reaches for a leg, but can't get there. Cole shoots, but Cochran blocks him off. Cochran pushes forward now, then drops to a leg.. Cole fights him off, but Cochran gets a leg again. They're scrambling off the edge. Out of bounds & restart, no scoring. Cochran takes down. Cochran gets to his feet & gets the escape, 1-0. Tying up & hand fighting again. More of the same for the first minute. Cole shoots, but no luck. Cole shoots again & gets a leg. He keeps working & finishes the TD, 3-1 with 15-sec left. Cole rides out the period.

Period 1 & 2:
0-0, 40-sec left in the first. I'm having a lot of problems with this mat feed. Then, it cuts out again. Still nothing. The 125-pound final is unwatchable. Back to action & it's 1-0 Desmond as the 2nd period ends.

Period 3:
Luke takes down. He gets loose, then hits a reversal, 2-1. Desmond gets an escape, 2-2. Tying up & hand fighting. Desmond shoots, but no luck. Luke drops in on a leg & they go out of bounds, restart. Luke pushes forward & reaches for a leg, but can't get there. Desmond snatches an ankle & finishes the TD, 5-2, 24-sec left. Wow! Desmond is tough! Luke gets to his feet & gets the escape, 5-3. He attacks immediately, but can't find an opening. Luke keeps coming, but Desmond fights him off for the win. Wow!

Blaze is up 6-1, 1:16 left. Berginc is down. He gets to a quadpod, then his feet & gets the escape, 6-2. Circling & hand fighting. Blaze snaps & is reaching for an ankle, but Berginc fights him off. Stalemate & restart. More circling & hand fighting to end the period. 6-2 Blaze, +1:25 RT

Period 2:
Blaze takes down & gets the escape, 7-2. Tying up & hand fighting again. Blaze gets to a leg & finishes the TD, 10-2. Blaze is riding off the edge of the screen. I can't see what he's doing, just his head now. Out of bounds & restart. Blaze goes optional. Berginc gets the escape, 10-3. Circling & hand fighting again. Blaze presses forward. He tries to get a leg, but no luck. Berginc reaches for a leg, but can't get there. Blaze tries to pick an ankle, but time expires. 10-3 Blaze, +1:56 RT

Period 3:
Berginc takes down. He works for the escape, 10-4. Blaze attacks immediately & gets another TD, 13-4, then cuts Berginc, 13-5. Blaze reaches for a leg & finishes the TD, 16-5. I don't know what is going on the with scoreboard operators today, but they're super slow. Now, it's 17-6. Blaze adds another TD, 20-6, 30-sec left. Berginc kicks loose, but they go out of bounds, 16-sec left. Blaze rides out Berginc & adds a RT point for the 21-6 Tech!

Period 1:
Circling & hand fighting. My feed keeps flicking back to something else, then snapping forward again. This is rough to watch. PJ presses forward with a 2 on 1 & they break. Sealey reaches for an ankle, but can't get there. More tying up & hand fighting. PJ drives forward. The period ends 0-0.

Period 2:
PJ takes down. He bulls forward, but Sealey stays with him. Out of bounds & restart. PJ works to his feet, gets hand control & the escape, 1-0. Tying up & hand fighting. PJ drives forward. Sealey fights him off. Out of bounds & restart. Tying up & hand fighting again. PJ presses forward. Sealey circles back to center. Sealey shoots, but PJ sprawls back & fights him off. PJ gets a leg & drives forward & they go out of bounds. Much of that was off screen, so I couldn't see what happened, but PJ was close. Sealey with great defense to fight him off. The 2nd period ends. 1-0 PJ

Period 3:
Sealey takes down. He works to his feet & gets the escape, 1-1. I lost the feed again. It's back to a Mesnbrink match. I think that's what it keeps trying to snap back to. Circling & hand fighting. PJ shoots, but Sealey fights him off. This is a close match. PJ drives forward. Sealey fights him off & they go out of bounds. Sealey gets a 2nd stall warning & PJ gets a point, 2-1. Sealey shoots, but PJ blocks him off. The period quickly comes to an end after that. Wow. Close match.
