CStar in a double and gets the TD, 11-1. OOB. Optional start, and JS gets the esc, 11-2. CStar in on another shot and gets the TD, 14-2. OOB. CStar flattens him. End. RT @ 1:40 for CStar

JS takes bottom. After a bit, CStar flattens him. RT goes over 2 min. Stall warning on JS, 15-2. An esc for JS makes it 15-3. OOB. CStar in on a head outside single, they scramble, and a stall call on JS makes it 17-3. CStar in on a single, and gets the TD, to make it a 20-3 TF @ 6:45

I have the same question. It seems to me that as they came out of the tie that Kasak attempted a single or ankle and as he went in, Miller was backing out and coming up at the same time and looks like the Kasak's face/head caught the back of Miller's head. It really happens quick and it really doesn't appear to be anything when watching in real time but I have watched it a couple dozen times in slow mo and that is what I have come up with.
