What is the most dominant Penn State athletics program of all time?

From the field to the court, the Nittany Lions have experienced much success over the years. But what is the most dominant Penn State athletics program of all time?

Pretty much what I expected. Without looking up the history of National Championships I thought maybe Men's Volleyball and Women's Soccer might make the list.

Pretty much what I expected. Without looking up the history of National Championships I thought maybe Men's Volleyball and Women's Soccer might make the list.

While PSU Mens vball has done very well (we were the first team East of the Mississippi to win an NCAA title) it is still a sport dominated by west coast teams. I think Hawaii/California account for the last 6 straight titles.
Ohio State, Penn State, Loyola have some scattered championships, but it's been a lot of UCLA, Pepperdine, Long Beach St, UC Irvine, etc over the years.

Not exactly a list of sports that the nation as a whole cares about. There’s football, and we haven’t been top-4 worthy in a generation.
