Another disappointing end. There was hope. Now it is fading. If not faded away already after this year. With all the coaching changes yet to be made, could Penny be on the way out ? Makes me feel and I thought they could at least get one win in the NCAA tournament for him, but that team was wound up too tight.

Another bad performance for Memphis with Penny this year. Ugh. Might be time for a change....

Well, he’s not the worst, of course. However, there’s a reason the US may no longer make a certain coin. The Penny is just no longer relevant.

I can't believe his employer lets him still do his podcast and stuff. It's like his coaching is a side gig. Unreal.

Memphis definitely underperformed to expectations from the fall. I also don't think their conference gets them ready for better competition.

The city isn’t going to let Memphis get rid of Penny. This was actually the best year he has had coaching and keeping the team together.
