All.... Central last years 5A champ will be better than expected in the upcoming season. The team returns their stud qb and 2000 yard rusher Geno Hess. The PJStar (see 1-10 article) reported that rb Fred Dixon from Peoria Notre Dame (2057 yards, 11.7, 31 td's) who will be a senior in his final year has transferred to Central. Citing cost of attendance and rigorous academic standards for the move. Ok.... A poster on another board so I can't confirm this stated he had been attending private school since grade school.

One last point (noted in the article) he returns to his public school district where he lives. Everyone wants to play for a winner.... Ratsy

All.... After reading the rules so many times I'm sick of it I say 6A. Others including some at the school say 5A. Ratsy
