We might actually have to let DH play it out with Grier. If last year at Florida was any indication, this is the best QB DH has ever brought here by far, we have 1 year to find some big time receivers for this guy, 2017 will be our best chance to duplicate DH's offenses from his UH/TT/OK State days.

I'd say that Jim Tressel is going to have great success with Will Grier. Tressel is available on December 19, 2016. Pretty clearly this is a buyout reduction year and Holgs is auditioning for his next job. I see Tressel bringing in Bo Pelini to run the defense and keeping some of the assistants that have WV ties. Hopefully Grier will appreciate Tressel's past success and be great here!
