Is he still planning on taking his visit to Indiana next weekend? I heard he was but just wondered if anyone had heard? If he goes do you think we lose him?

I would think we have enough to hold off Indiana, but I wish we were the last school he visits. It always seems like the last school has an advantage.

It was already planned. I'm sure Riley said take that visit to show him its night and day between the 2 programs. If you wanna play in front of 30 thousand fans a week instead of being a blackshirt in front of 90 k then go for it!! Case closed.

This. It was already planned. He will see the night and day difference of the programs. He will still stay committed to Nebraska.

I cant think of one thing Indiana has better than Nebraska except maybe better basketball history.Laughing

It's a perfect comparison really. Would Indiana worry about one of their basketball commits visiting Nebraska? Not much. Indiana basketball and Nebraska football both have the tradition and more going for it while Indiana football and Nebraska basketball show flashes but don't command a lot of respect outside of their own fan base.

Well, they tried getting in on Roby, and was told no thanks.

I lived in Indiana for 6 1/2 years and can testify that the place sucks. They do got basketball... and then some. I swear as a kid that if your family could afford it you had a basketball goal. It's probably why I love the game so much. We used to shovel off the driveway in the winter and then jump off the snow banks to dunk. Of course, I was already a fan when I lived in Nebraska.

Well they did have a better division record than neb this yr
Let me guess... You were on the basketball site without realizing? Or was it just another attempt to make the huskers worse?

Bad enough that they went 6-7 this last season, but to continue to see your silly attempts to make the huskers worse, whether it is in recruiting (must be a bunch of under the table stuff going on) or in actual conference record (3-5 versus 2-6) I don't ever remember any positive contribution that you have ever posted here.

Not a single one.

Nate Clouse just said on 1620 that Bray is going to do an in home visit with Pernell tonight. That could very much help him cancel his visit to Indiana.
