Earlier in the season, when the team was not nearly as crisp and Jacob was forcing too much, I found his antics to be immature and possibly distracting (to the team). Now, with the team winning and Jacob allowing the game to come to him - hats off to both Jacob and the staff - I find his antics to be refreshing, uplifting...and at times, down right hilarious. His Redd Foxx impersonation after Geo's "dunk for the ages" was funny AF! Sometimes we forget that they're just kids. I love the passion and energy that they're bringing every game. Winning is infectious!

He will win a road game for us this year on sheer determination and balls. Almost did at Illinois.
Agree. Kudos to the JY and the staff. Early on this season, there was more than one occasion where JY had teammates open for shots and didn't pass the ball. I lost my **** and wrote JY off. I was wrong. I would love to know what was said/done, but whatever it was, it clearly worked.
I even shocked myself during the Indiana game. There was a stretch of game in the 2nd half where our offense went stagnant. I said to myself, we really need to get Jacob in the game.
