I've got a nice Strat, but want a Les Paul- just can't justify spending 3K on the one I want

Great guitar on which to learn to play; small, uncomplicated, nice fat round neck, loud unplugged for an electric guitar, sweet P-90 tones.

My wife plays a Stratocaster. I play a Tagima, but I'm due for an upgrade.

I play my Les Pauls more than my other guitars. Got a few S-type guitars both w single coils and humbuckers. Don’t have a 355, but a ES-335. Got one Tele style guitar with Texas Specials pickups and 3 SG’s.
