There is a club team, I believe that the coaches gave them an invitation to try out a few weeks ago and they have one who has been working out with the team.

That is correct. Frost said he asked him if kicking in front of 80,000 people would bother him. He said he played soccer in front of 50 people in high school so he should be OK.

Not as crazy as it sounds. The kicking and punting motions put plenty of stress on the leg. Heck, if you watch some punters their kicking leg goes almost vertical, imagine the stress that puts on their lower body and groin. Not to mention simply planting wrong or slipping can screw stuff up. Kicking is very much a precision game (think like golf) and even a little tweak can really screw up their motion and therefore their consistency.
