Two observations

-Looks like #84 Picozzi and not Welcing was playing a blocking TE role on the line. He played a lot.
-#92 Olsen was missing. He was definitely kicking in Evanston a couple weeks ago. Injury perhaps? #90 Stage did the place kicking.

I’m not 100% on my math here, but aren’t those three observations?

In the 4th Q, I saw 84 in on offense, rewound it, and saw Welcing's name on the back of the jersey. Not saying you're wrong about Picozzi (they used to do that with Schmidt wearing #45 and lining up at TE a few years ago). Did the same with Trey Klock in '18. But Welcing was in there some.

Welcing is Gaelic for “Picozzi”. Just a FYI.

I rewatched the 4th Quarter and #84 Picozzi was manhandling #44 Garrett Nelson with authority as a fullback behind the line of scrimmage.

In the press conference, Fitz mentioned that Olsen got injured in pregame warmups and was ruled out of the game.

Are you sure it said Welcing? Pretty sure Hunter is dinged up again. Poor kid.
