have fun tiggers

There is a winter storm warning forecast for the Bronx, New York, starting Dec. 26 at 4 p.m. and continuing until Dec. 27 at 1 p.m.
Kickoff for the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium is at noon.
The forecast calls for 5-9 inches of snow.
Most of the snow should fall before kickoff, according to Accuweather. Game time temperature is forecast to be 32 degrees with a 40% chance of snow. With wind factored in the temperature is expected to feel like 23 degrees.

At least they are playing in a bowl even tho it’s a game that doesn’t matter. Any time you get extra team practices in is a positive

Going to look like when Clemson played in the Smurf bowl in Boise in 2001 snowed all day.

My son in law big Clemson supporter and says he doesn’t know of a single person going to the bowl game or even cares to watch on tv for that matter.

You must not have gotten the memo:

Bowl games that are not part of the playoffs are meaningless. Don't believe me? Just ask the apologists for the quitters. They'll tell you.

Did you literally not read what I wrote? Like where I wrote that the game doesn’t matter but having the practices is beneficial??

Do you literally not understand sarcasm? - Bowl games and even the practices associated with them are meaningless. (Read between the lines man, I'm not knocking your post.....I agree with you, bowl games and the extra practices are CRITICAL to a successful team..... but the apologists around here will swear to you that the bowl games and extra practices are meaningless. It blows my mind, but whatever)

I would generally agree with you. However, I think that this year not having a bowl to plan for or extra practices to attend has allowed Beamer to focus 100% of his time and energy on player retention, portal analysis, and making the best hires to put us in a position to win next year. I’m not mad about it.

I see that. Meaning, eh.....yeah, I'll agree with that. Exception to the rule.
