Pirates Announce 2025-26 Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Schedule

South Orange, N.J. – The Seton Hall men's and women's swimming and diving teams have announced their full schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season. The men's side will take part in nine regular season meets, while the women will compete in ten meets leading up to the BIG EAST Championships which begin in mid-February. Across their slates, the men will conduct seven dual meets, while the women will conduct an additional meet to raise their tally to eight duals.

The Pirates will kick off the season at home in Arthur E. Imperatore Natatorium on Oct. 4 as they play host to Towson at 10 a.m. The Pirates will hold their annual Maran Lougheed Memorial Meet on this day, as they celebrate the former women's swimmer who passed away back in 2018 at the age of 39. Lougheed, who graduated from Seton Hall in 2002 and held multiple program records at the time, dedicated much of her life to assisting women and young mothers with essential healthcare.

Two weeks later, the Pirates will conduct a pair of duals against familiar opposition. On Friday, Oct. 17, the reigning-BIG EAST Women's Champions Villanova will visit Imperatore Natatorium to compete against the Pirates' women's team at 5 p.m. The next day, Oct. 18, Monmouth will also travel South Orange to take on The Hall's full team at 10 a.m.

After that early-season salvo, the Pirates will make their first of two trips out to Lewisburg, Pa., beginning with the Bucknell Fall Invite on Oct. 25. at 10 a.m.

To close out the fall dual meet season, The Hall will face a pair of opponents from Pennsylvania. On Nov. 7, the Pirates will host Lehigh in an evening clash at 5 p.m. The following day, Nov. 8, The Hall will travel to Philadelphia to take on a Drexel in a rematch from last year's nail-biting clash at Imperatore Natatorium. The start time is TBD.

The Pirates will wrap up the fall slate by returning to Lewisburg, Pa. as part of the Bucknell Invite, which will be held from Nov. 21-23.

Seton Hall will open the spring semester on Saturday, Jan 17, by celebrating Senior Day against Wagner. The diving program will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a Senior Day festivities and the swimming portion at 1 p.m.

To close the regular season, the Pirates will compete in three meets in a nine-day span. On Jan. 22, the men's team travel to Villanova to complete the home-and-home split against the Wildcats. The start time is TBD. Later that week, on Jan. 24, the women's team will welcome UConn to South Orange at 3 p.m. The following week, the Pirates will travel to Washington, D.C. to close the regular season with a road meet at Georgetown on Jan. 31. The start time is TBD.

The season culminates at the 2026 BIG EAST Swimming & Diving Championships which begin on Feb. 18 and conclude on Feb. 22. For the first time, the event will be held at the FAST Aquatic Center in Ocala. Fla.
