Yes "mt teams " havent won many titles other than 1a..but franklin did beat both asheville and hendersonville last two years and beyond doubt there was no comparison in " athletes and speed"...mismatch in scheme and coaching in favor of slow crackers..and imo when hibriten beat us last yr it wasnt simply just due to " speed" as we actaully defended them very well for 3qrts..we flat couldnt block #52 #36. And that whole defense was physical as hell..but as bobby bowden once said..."either youve got speed or your chasing it" ...i understand a state title prob isnt in franklins near future but that doesn't make 3rd round trips or that semi final appearance any less special...no one gives pisgah more hell than me and it didnt break my heart they lost but like i said i will not bash a team for going 10-2...white/black...east/west...mountain/city..

Yes Pisgah beat my Panthers and yes we were eliminated in 1st round also...but today someone said name two things your thankful for..i said Gonzaga basketball beating Duke..and EAST LINCOLN FOOTBALL beating pisgah...happy thanksgiving to all even the Haywood county champs...happy holidays
Franklin had every chance to beat Bandys. I actually thought you guys were the better team.
I didnt wanna talk "what ifs" but yes Franklin played really well...simply a couple of missed OPPORTUNITIES or we coulda been up 21 at half..but credit to bandys..playoffs are survive and advance and they survived..

Not even worth arguing over...but im telling you i saw greeneville play multiple times..ive saw shelby bandys hibriten all play ..this year no one in 2a or 2aa in Nc is beating Greeneville ...bout 11 kids off that team going to play college and bout 7 of those will end up d1...i dont think tenn hs football is great but i do think this years greeneville team was ELITE GOOD...but just an opinion

Ok my bad im incapable of getting dumb enough to argue with you..ever heard of hudl..have a friend at greeneville.. I seriously doubt youve seen them play. Cant recall any post ever stating ive been to every single franklin game..or actually that ive saw one game in person...just a football fan...lucky enough to see lots of games on film ...so im thinking franklin is outta the playoffs..maybe you should be worried about WRH and not Greeneville as they would drill SWO by 28 or more...good luck ...are you Danny Kanell or Skip Bayless or Maybe Stephen A
Watch your tone there sideshow bob. SEC is by far the best conference in America, has been for awhile. Just call it like I see it with highschool ball. I've seen plenty of games in and around Nashville over the years. My mother and father live around there for the last 25 years. My brother and sister both have kids who have played football around there. Doesn't come close to NC ball and they will admit to it. Not sure what your trying to prove??? That Pisgah is horrible??? We already figured that out by their first round exit.
Thought Pisgah fans might want to know about a team they played and you go all Danny Kanell on here. The one thing I would agree with is that 25 years ago TN was not that great. At this time it has gotten really good and 247 sports shows it if look at the recruiting rankings.

At the end of the 3rd quarter, the score was Hibriten 23 - Franklin 0. I don't think that's good defense, the final was 37 to 7, that definitely is NOT good defense. Franklin finally got a TD in the 4th quarter, playing against the 2nd and 3rd string defense......
I agree I was also at this game cause I wanted to get to see Franklin in person (never seen) and it was a total mismatch. I have a ton of respect for Franklin football and would never disrespect them fellas but that wasn’t a good game for them.

Yes ..lost to PARKLAND in 1st round at home and just like 10-2 never bad sure we got "upset" in round 1 but 11-1 never bad year
