Big 10 against the ACC... Pretty good and physical football game... I think LSU is going to love their new OC... Spreads the ball around everywhere and also runs a physical running game...

Good game, but I was rooting for Pitt in the game.

I found it interesting that the Umpire was a rookie breaking in with our crew in a high school JV game close to forty years ago. We used the JV (and youth games) for a lot of our training, and the Crew Chief and Asst Crew Chief worked the time clock and scoreboard while critiquing the officials, mechanics, bad calls, knowledge of rules etc and Chuck and the crew made an unbelievable bad rules interpretation of a punt situation. On the way down to meet the crew we were very disappointed, thought we might have to start all over again with them.

But he was a good official with a lot of common sense (and courage, worked in the air as a steelworker on the high rise Hotels, I can't imagine doing that for a living) that was a hard worker, he has gone on to great things. I saw him working an Oklahoma game earlier this year, so he must be not just a regular in the Big 12 but outstanding to get a bowl game.

Great win for Northwestern and the Big 10 conference in the bowl games... Pitt beat 2 of the 5 teams in the nation this year in Clemson and PSU
Not the same Pitt offense without RB Connors and QB Peterman in the second half. It's a shame for a wonderful offense. Defensively Pitt was not up to snuff today.

Not very interested in going north for a bowl game . . . but would make an exception for the Pin Stripe Bowl in Yankee Stadium. Broadway, great restaurants, visit a museum, then see UK play at the new YS, yep, I would have to consider strongly.
