This is an institution that took action despite no charges being made. It is the opposite of an institution demonstrating lack of control.
How dOSU has avoided the death penalty much less sanctions or probation will always be a mystery to me, but if that's a benchmark, Minnesota will NEVER be on probation. Ever.
