thats just my opinion. that doesnt mean i dont think you guys have a shot at beating them too. i just think they would be slight favorites in my book.
i dont see anyone blowing anyone out at all! the only way i would think that would even be possible is if Northeastern could pass for 400 yds against yall or something like that but i cant see that happening either. and i dont see anybody blowing WRH out on the ground. if there's one thing we specialize in around here its run defense. i think if you end up playing whoever wins wont win by much. maybe 2 TD's tops. but like most people around here, i havent seen NE play so my opinion can be taken with a grain of salt.
Don't know if you remember 96. A few years ago east carteret came in to the dogpound with what I think was the passing yardage leader that year in the state. 6'5 I think. Well we know what happened there, don't we. Like you said ,they ain't the same running for their life and throwing from their back.
i truly think your NE boys are for real this year. i havent seen you play but i have looked at some of your stats and what not. that being said, i dont think your boys will run up the stats sheet or score against WRH even if you do win. WRH is very fast on defense and you will have to mix it up to rack up the yards against them. i dont think you will do a whole lot against them on the ground. ED ran the ball very well against them but never could break for that 50 or 60 yd run that we have done on several other teams this year. thats how fast they are. and believe me when i tell you that we are very fast too, and we have quite possibly the most potent rushing attack we've ever had. the fact that we could never break that long run tells you just how fast WRH is. i think it will be a close game "if" you end up playing them, and i actually have you guys as slight favorites if your passing game is what your fans say it is. but dont expect a blowout even if you do win, which is no guarantee. WRH is battle tested in the playoffs and losing is not something they do very often. you guys better do like everybody else and take it one game at a time. anybody starts looking ahead too much and they might get disappointed.

i have seen teams in the past that played a weak schedule but were still a real good team. nevermind the fact that they hadnt played anybody. they were just good. but you didnt know they were as good as they really were until the did play another real good team. if NE really is overrated, we will all know starting next week when they will probably play the Darkhorses. and if we're still not sure we will definitely find out if/when they play your Bulldogs! like ive already said, something tells me they are the real deal this year. just a gut feeling but i might be wrong. we will all soon find out.
