RC with a 1 seed playing three games should be illegal. Emergency meeting to make them a wildcard!!
Not the kids fault. Why punish RC for other teams that could not play? I have no problem with it.
I see 16 in east what 19 are you seeing Port. Some teams that are traditionally in the east like hillside are headed west. I think what he has for 4a east is probably how it ends.
if it were anyone other RC, Gibbons or Vance I would have issues with it. They have shown to be the class of the state this year IMO. Hate not seeing SC vs RC - I think it would have been a classic.
Put Richmond in as a wildcard put them on the road if the team can stay covid free they will be just fine we all know how raider nation travels even with covid limitations. Scots get that w tonight you know we cheer for each other except that one night in nov.

I was kinda joking. The NCHSAA will make them a 1 seed with the results from tonight. RC had problems with Covid, so did Britt, Lumberton, Purnell, and the list goes on. This is the year for a team to play 3 games and run the table. Would not surprise me a bit to see them reach the finals.
The Triangle 8 conference is west this year. I have 3 teams getting in - that's why it looks like 19.

Richmond is very close to the cut line. I have just updated my stuff after Friday's games.
Has nothing to do with schedule rc is the class of football east of Charlotte IMO and we all know what I say about opinions but that's my 2 cents!
Heritage is down 2 scores to Wake Forest, so this is looking like Richmond in 4A.

I really hate this state when it comes to playoffs. I feel for the kids and coaches at Lake Norman... they totally got screwed
Their coach is making some enemies tonight on social media. Dude is going off the handles against Green Hope and now stating he isn't going to provide game film to them for Hough. Sheesh.
Great example for the kids what a bag! Win your games and you don't have to leave it up to the system.

Win your games? We’re talking about a 5-2 team ranked in the top 15. Lol. A top 15 team left out of the field of 32..... make that make sense. You’re talking about a team with two losses to arguably two of the title contenders, that were both competitive games. You’re talking about a 5-2 team playing in the strongest conference in NC being left out because teams that didn’t play their full schedule but got in ahead of them because of “conference win %”. What a bunch of bull.

Cry to someone who cares in an imperfect world life is not fair. Whether it makes sense or not the rules are what they are. Yes this was poorly planned but you knew the rules when u started. Don't go all ape **** when they don't work out to your favor. All conferences are not created equal that's nothing new!
No but playoffs should be reflective of the best teams in the state, disagree? Regardless of circumstances. I can promise you, you won’t find 15 teams in that bracket that would beat them head to head. Certainly not from the east.
They got fans/players mad at Nick Stevens over at HSOT, incredible. The LN coach telling the Green Hope guy that he ain't sharing his film had me rolling. And then telling the GH coach that he was "a son of a 32 year high school coach".Maaaaaaaaan LKN is big mad!!!!

Lol that’s the part that bugs you? The lack of film exchange? With the NFHS network is film exchange even that big of a deal? If I was a coach, and I’m not, I would feel like I reserve the right to not send film if I do choose?
What an azzzz wipe, we only got 4 teams from our conf in, nobody complaining here.... lol ...
Next year or the year after that when you are close again you wont get the benefit of the doubt then youll wonder why....
LN makes the playoff they get Hough, maybe Myers park, this way they save some gas money and
get to go ahead and clean out their lockers..

There are a number of coaches that have really fallen short of setting a positive example for their kids. From calling kids fat in DMs, to head coaches telling the media to kick rocks, to head coaches committing a cardinal sin amongst coaches (refusing to share film) and bitching and moaning about a process that all head coaches, ADs, and principals were made aware of in advance.
Nfhs film lol that **** is of the poorest quality. Nobody in their right mind would prefer that over hudl..one thing will not change is their team playing this week

Yeah. It’s pretty pathetic. There are a number of teams that have been left out that rightfully deserved to be in the playoffs, but conducting yourself in this manner is unacceptable. Feelings are hurt, yes, but this is not how you go about it. Now we have players that have joined in as well.
The true makings of a person isn’t when things are going well, it’s when things aren’t. True colors abound tonight.
Administrators and ADs won’t forget this.
Wow!!! Back in the day, they had alternate years when you could get 2 teams per conference and the next year just the conference Champion. In 77 and 79 the Scots went 9-1 and we didn"t sniff the playoffs!!!!
