They will probably still prioritize conference champions if there are 2 or more teams in the classification.
Would it be so hard to instead guarantee all conference champions a home game, but seed according purely to RPI, except for conference champions jumping up to get a first round home game (i.e. they get the 16 seed, 15 seed if they have a low RPI).
