Some interesting stuff,on the football side I wonder if we see a different approach to the game Saturday? Will we take a few more chances on either or both sides of the ball, open things up on offense and try to pressure more on defense and get after Dobbs a bit? We could pull out most, if not all, the stops since this is the last SEC game.If we pull off a win then we can wait and let the chips fall and we might end up in the SEC championship. This game is a chance to do stuff no one has seen(if we have anything like that) I believe we can compete with UT if we don't beat ourselves early in the process

On the basketball side I think the comment about how many pieces this team has is spot on,the question is how long does it take Cal to fit them together? Also Cal has a habit of not using or discarding pieces until he is forced to use them(Willis a year ago) I think he can get mileage out of several players but it will come at the expense of minutes to other players. SKJ has looked good but so has Gabriel,Mulder and Willis has shown more ability to get out and run than I thought he had.

I think Bam benefits from Humphries playing with him since they are different type players, they both seem to be able to pass the ball well and defenses will have to account for them in different ways. We won't be playing 4 or 3 against 5 on the offensive end this year(as we were forced to do at times last year) I think Cal will be compelled (he can't be forced to do anything) to play at a faster pace this year I think we will know where this team stands very early this season. I think (as you say) shooting could be an issue at times and also foul problems for certain players may be a factor on a regular basis.
