All you have to do is make loans bankruptable. The reason "for profit" schools were pursued so heavily and so strictly is BECAUSE the entire federal/state system of colleges and universities is FOR PROFIT, and the other schools were hurting their bottom line. The whole student loan and worthless diploma industry is a money grab and nothing more.
