I've always respected you more than most of the dross around here because you're willing to say it our loud with your full throat. We have the same goals and spotlight on the problem. The disconnect is the cause. Immigrants are not the reason our quality of life is declining. Wealth concentration and income inequality are. Look at every single economic metric. Housing does not cost too much because Mexican farm workers are buying the houses on under-the-table wages. THEY CAN'T AFFORD THE HOUSES EITHER. We all can't afford homes because real estate is used as a speculative asset instead of its actual function, housing. Because of our abusive economic system.
I agree with you we must end all illegal wages being paid. To people of any color. Immigrants or not. But you will never be able to deport your way to the economic prosperity you seek. If you want to blame an immigrant blame Elon Musk.

Just so infuriating that we can't come together to work on our material circumstances. I will take a Nazi's vote on universal healthcare. How do they not understand that they're part of that universal too? Being willing to sacrifice your own personal quality of life out of pure spite is unfathomable to me. Even pure selfish enlightened self-interest says to take the healthcare. But they'd rather give it up for themselves just so the browns don't get it.

It is, completely. Fascism was intentionally designed, from the ground up, as a conservative rightwing traditionalist political philosophy to serve as a counter to Marxism. One that embraced, justified, and empowered the traditional power structures and institutions like capital and church instead of critiquing and seeking to overthrow them. It is foundationally antithetical to leftwing thought in every way. Intentionally designed as such.
I volunteer several times a year to taste bourbon for barrel picks. Never been paid. Volunteer = free in my book. They are provided shelter, clothing, food, training, etc. That should be their pay.

How was tackling single issues not a major priority? Abolish federal income tax, actually do something that benefits the people. They already got their thing. The tax breaks. Anything else you want is going to have to be someone's pet passion project. Miller and immigration.
