For the UK championship game against Kansas my wife decided to have a watch party at our house. (already off to a bad start) We have a nice covered patio, right outside of our back den. I put in an outdoor bar, big TV etc. good times. Well, in the second half, I'm starting to feel the pressure, and I just honestly can't stand listening to all the stupid chatter and nonsense (a lot was at stake), so I just said, "I can't watch this with you people." and I went inside, closed the sliding glass door and locked it. Then watched on the TV in the den by myself. People started knocking on the door to use the bathroom etc. I told them them they had to go around to the front door, and use the bathroom in the front of the house, and to not speak to me at all, until the game was over. And I stuck to it. I'm POSITIVE that that was responsible for the win.
