I don't rent, but I know people who do have clean 1/2 BR apts that they can "AFFORD" and no maintenance/repair fees. They are paying for a place to live....same as those who bought a home. The equity part of this is so overblown in today's culture.

For someone who preaches DEI and so forth, I am shocked you are preaching about capitalism.
generally speaking it is better to buy than rent. However ... there are times when renting is the MUCH better option, particularly for young people. They need to go small to start with, build a down payment, and save like their life depends on it (bc it does, actually). They don't have to set aside as much emergency funds, because the landlord has to take care of that.

The problem is we have it so good that kids aren't willing to take a 2nd job, quit playing video games, going to bars/clubs, minimize their bills like cell, cable, etc. They want the newest phone and a snazzy car. They expect to live just like their parents, but don't realize it took their parents 20-30 years to get there. And that isn't unique to this generation IMO.

false. they put out a video recently about a secure border, which was incredibly awesome.

are things perfect? NO. are things 100% better than if obama got his 4th term? YES.

My post was narrowly addressing their social media celebrations over deporting handful of people here and there.

I agree messaging about the border is great. Its also great to show major wins. Bragging about an operation that netted 4 people is where they are overplaying their hand.

Trump and social media is and has always been, a bad marriage. But on the other hand, 90% of the MSM are Dems, so you seldom, if ever, get the correct story. I assume Trump knows the only way to say whatever he wants, even if it’s stupid, is social media. It’s his version of the bully pulpit.

Which is why I think social media can be dangerous as drugs and the MSM is the enemy of free America.
I enjoy him giving them their own medicine but too much of anything can lose its effectiveness. Most of his polices are good, he needs to keep his administration focused. This is a kind of war and you cannot declare victory after just a few battles.

That trump overplayed his hand pushing cancellations. If you cant see i was right, you're in a different echo chamber than the libs, but an echo chamber nonetheless.

That misstep caused the entire narrative to shift to censorship and cancellation. The blogosphere that was so crucial to trump winning all condemned it.
What cancelations did Trump push?

I am a capitalist who believes in taking care of the planet. I have never mentioned DEI once and don’t really care much about it.

So you advocate renting, even though you own, and have probably realized large equity gains if you have owned the property for more than five years.

You are voting for people who would (eventually) tax away all of those gains, at the minimum, or just outright take it all away from you. What do you think ownership of the means of production means, Mamdummy? It means your property is taken from you, given back to the people, to whom it "belongs."

Reminds me of this complete loser we used to have regularly posting: made all his wealth in sales or whatever and would nonstop brag about his W2 and just how easy he had it... also voted D(democrat socialist). There are no jobs in sales in communist utopia; there is no such thing as commission. He'd lose it all and be forced to work some no skill labour.

Almost makes me wish you people got what you voted for, just for the schadenfreude... see the look on your faces :ROFLMAO:

Uh oh we shall see,

This country and party absolutely deserve the reputation of being Israel’s puppet. So pathetic. BS narratives for normies without a clue of what’s the agenda and at play.

Anazing how a nationalism movement has been hijacked for pro war and Israel shills like every neocon before them.

Florida tourism chief rejects World Economic Forum summit invitation: 'I'm going to decline''The World Economic Forum's values and stated objectives do not align with the State of Florida,'

The summit, scheduled to occur later this month in San Francisco, "will convene senior decision-makers from across sectors to address how cities and destinations can adapt to rapid demographic, technological, and environmental change,"

DEI and WEF values are not welcome in Florida.

Voting for a Democrat can lead to your death. Case in point, Charlotte, NC. One would think the State of North Carolina could maintain law and order but one of it's largest cities has failed it's people. And it is controlled by Democrats.

"Charlotte NC's police union is now BEGGING President Trump for the National Guard to come help them 15 people have been klled since Iryna Zarutska’s murder. They warn: “Staffing & crime-fighting strategies are UNSUSTAINABLE.” NORTH CAROLINA NEEDS HELP!!!!!"

Why didn't the Feds get a warrant to have it unlocked?
I think Apple has offered a facsimile of its operating system or something of that nature in the past when there was an emergency. But, its encryption security is arguably weakened when that happens, so I don’t know think it would do that absent some incredible need.

I had to put him on ignore. Chris Wallace, Mikey Pence, Shep Smith, Neil Kavuto, Geraldo, Karl Rove, etc.are no doubt his idols.
He’s a stereotype. He doesn’t have a clue of what is going on unless the TV tells him. Loves Bush, Romney, McCain, McConnell, freaks out if you question any narrative fed to him by the establishment. Beyond tired of it.

That's a strawman. Im blaming him for not taking action. My response was a rebuttal to the notion he didn't act or say anything because it wouldn't work.

You blamed him directly for "not fixing it." Go back and read your posts.

Some of you really think Trump can do no wrong.

Accuse othets of a fallacy when someone points out your error, and then become fallacious yourself. That's strong work.

I'm not and never have been someone who thinks "Trump can do no wrong" and you know that. You also know there arent many here who feel that way.

Hes doing a good job but

Hilarious

some of his missed issues are crushing middle class America, eg offshoring and allowing black rock to wreck the home market.

You just want to be seen as "the only intelligent one" with your constant comments that center on you. We all get it, and we get that way sometimes, but It gets real old when it's as constant as you make it that way.

Thanks for being the only one that "warns us" about anything and "everything." We appreciate the life saving advice about what later turns out to be STRATEGY by the administration. Why is it you don't ever come back and say "I was wrong" when you say things about Trump tweets and then they turn out to be a ploy to negotiate better terms with people? Maybe I missed them all...

Trump is not God. He's not omniscient and he's not all-powerful. He's a sinner and he makes mistakes. You can sit there and point out everything "he's not doing" for the next 3+ years, or you can be appreciative of the things that might still get done. No one likes endless hand-wringing and chicken little commentary/ criticism of what's not being done when some things are being done.

It's like the people that *****ed throughout the 10 win UKFB seasons about all the little mistakes the team made along the way. No one wants to live with that. No one wants to hear that bs about their hard work every day.

There are at least 10 things Trump hasn't addressed that are more critical and about which he can actually make an impact that are as or more important than home ownership for citizens right now. Foundational things that if they are not done will make the "young people can't buy homes" complaint completely MOOT.

If he doesn't get those things accomplished, no one will be able to own their own homes. This is economic warfare right now on all fronts.

Now Back to your regularly scheduled moaning and groaning or reverse virtue-signaling....

He’s a Trump-hater, which he’s free to be but I don’t have to watch him announce it every single day. Same with The GD atheist.
