I’m just saying in NYC, $18K is a laughable afterthought, and it probably would never have amounted to any criminal charges were it not for the fact this wench campaigned on the promise and fully weaponized the legal system to invent a way to prosecute one man, all for political purposes. We have a lot of problems in this country, but one that isn’t talked about NEAR enough is that we have an uneducated/ignorant voting base. Our entire form of government is based on having informed voters, and that is something we (the US) SORELY lack.
I’ve said this multiple times on here, but this sh*t will NEVER stop until judges/DAs can be sued after one of their pet-projects they let out on a weak sentence of soft/no-bail commit violent crimes again. Until then, nothing will change and the judges/DAs will sleep very easily as their chosen goons they didn’t punish commit more and more violent crimes.
