My son who works for UPS told me about this site, FlightAware.com. If you know the tail number of a plane or if you type in the airlines name it will show flight patterns, altitudes and speed of planes. He watches certain flights that come in because he tugs the plane and so on.
I noticed that damn near ALL flights are 33,000-40,000 feet. Unbelievable how many planes are in the air, and with all running the same altitude, it seems like they would run into each other. I thought it was something cool to share.

Err, how does this help exactly? The insurance companies set prices and still end up with all the money.
When has injecting mass sums of government cash into anything ever turned out well in the long run? Doing that would have pushed inflation into the stratosphere.

This is going on in other places than just NY. When you pull up to a drive through in KY, you might be talking to someone in AZ, or China, or where ever. Self order kiosks are everywhere now. The restaurants have found that people order more from a kiosk than from the counter. Eventually a robot will cook and bring your meal to the table.
